My family and I have been finding ways to enjoy our time together shut off from tech.

One of our favourite past times together is trying new healthy foods / snacks. It’s the perfect opportunity for us to just put a few minutes together to laugh, and make some irreplaceable moments either in the kitchen or around the dining room table.

With that being said, one of the memories included trying out this really tasty organic trail mix from @livingintentions 🙌🏻 We were gifted the Spicy Mango Activated Trail Mix. It’s a mix of sprouted almonds, raw cashews, green raisins, sultanas, goji berries, dried mangos, dried habanero, currants, and sunflower seeds topped off with a little Himalayan salt 🧂 I love me some spicy snacks 🌶 so this mix is right up my alley!! 🙌🏻 The rest of my family doesn’t have the same spice tolerance as I do, so this was too warm for them 🏃♀️

Be warned, those habaneros have kick, so make sure when you grab this flavour, that spice is your thing! Don’t worry if it’s not, you can try it out still as they have other flavours like malted maple 🤤 🍁

The snack, while being absolutely tasty, is also really good for you. It’s organic, plant based, non gmo and gluten free 🌱 @livingintentions also uses the wording Activated with their sprouted trail mix. Activated means foods at its highest potential. @livingintentions believes being Activated is an outlook and a way of being and I’m absolutely loving that 🥰🙌🏻✨
