Ever since I finished my #cancer treatments, I’ve been dealing with #rheumatoidarthritis / joint pain in my hips and legs. It’s been so much fun. 😑

Mornings, have been the best time for me to get myself moving before that night time super stiffness sets in. 😓 I recently was gifted the @my_healthology Pain Fx Joint Formula from @peopletail to test out for reviewing purposes. It’s used in herbal medicine for the relief of joint pain and is a good source of antioxidants.

This particular line contains willow bark and boswellia extracts as well as curcumin. 😯😍 It’s vegan friendly and gluten free. It’s recommended that adults take 1 capsule with water at the onset of pain, 1-2 times per day.

For me personally, I don’t really like to take pills of any sort. 😅 Personal preference but I’d rather stick to finding natural solutions. ✌🏻 Nothing against anyone else who has other beliefs. Because the ingredients of this was natural, I thought it would be a good idea to see how they hold up against a typical Tylenol that the doctor would recommend.

I found these to actually be decent. I took one in the evening when stiffness set in from the day. The didn’t take the pain away, but it certainly brought it to a manageable level. Good work @my_healthology 👏🏻♥️ I won’t take these often because I don’t take a lot of pills for pain, but they will stay in my cabinet in case I need them in the future ✌🏻

As I venture more into natural and herbal health products, I enjoy what I find more and more. If you’re interested in trying them, make sure to consult your health care practitioner to ensure it’s what is best for you 👏🏻♥️
