Most people give the idea of the Neti Pots a raised eyebrow 𤨠I know I have. I didnāt really understand them, and letās be honest, itās weird to see something shoved in your nose.

Why do people use Neti Pots? I actually did some research on this one, and realized how beneficial these really are to people with allergies, nasal infections or people who are subjected to dust particles, or airborn germs that could get trapped inside the nostril. The Neti Pots is also great for helping with colds and flus and just overall general health maintenance.

This Neti Pot in particular is from Lumiere De Sel ( Available atĀ @ecoideasĀ ) Iāve now tried a few different styles of Neti Pots and this one here is by far my favourite. Itās a lead free pot. The actual spout of the pot is perfect size and long enough to actual sit properly inside your nose. Itās a beautiful glossy white. This pot is dishwasher safe as well šš» š

Itās quite simple to use a Neti pot, you just have practice staying calm and breathing through your mouth. If you arenāt sure how to use them, let me explain:
.
.
.
Fill up your Neti Pot with your saline solution ( we use Pink Himalayan Salt, available atĀ @ecoideasĀ )
.
.
.
Tilt your head over the bathroom sink. Place the spout in one side of your nostril. Breath through your mouth and pour the solution into your upper nostril so itās drains out through the lower nostril. Once your done, switch sides. Itās that simple!

If youāre congested a lot and are looking to try and clear yourself up naturally, I suggest giving a Neti Pot. Donāt be afraid of something new, especially just because of how it looks ā„ļø
