This week has been windyyy. So the hot chocolates have been a necessity to warm up from that chilly breeze.

Instead of the usual regular hot chocolate, today, I’m making a macaroon style drink!

Here’s how:

💟 Grab your favourite hot chocolate mix.

💟 Add a few tablespoons to a mug.
.
.
💟 Add some hot water and stir the mixture.
.
.
💟 Add in some marshmallows for the top.
.
.
💟 Add in 1-2 tablespoons of the Ecoideas Coconut Milk Powder to the top of the marshmallows.

💟 Let it sit for a 1 min. Once it’s done some of the milk powder will have dissolved into your drink adding in a sweet coconut flavour. Literally taste like a chocolate macaroon… not to be confused with a macaron. 👌🏻
