I decided a couple weeks ago to take the girls for a nice long hike out at Limehouse Conservation Area 🙏🏻 It was magical there! Not for the light hearted hikers that’s for sure.

The first portion of the hike is through the forest to a beautiful spot called the “hole in the wall” you literally climb through cave and cracks in the mountain. It’s stunning. You have to crawl down the creepy stairs and through the hole, you have to crawl down the rest of the escarpment to get to the bottom.

Once at the bottom, you follow the trail over a bridge and then you come to a beautiful little waterfall. Once you cross the waterfall, you come to these little ruins. There’s three separate ruins to look at, which is an old clock tower, someone’s old home, as well as an old kiln I do believe. We explored them all 🙏🏻🌿

The hike ended up being 3.5 hrs long, and was worth every second with them. 🌿♥️♥️
