Guys, I just made the most delicious recipe with a new product I was recently gifted 👏🏻♥️ I’ve never baked with coconut oil before, so I was really excited to give the @ecoideas Organic odourless coconut oil a shot.

I apologize in advance, this is my first recipe video 😅 Definitely open to feedback on it. The cookies turned out great! I didn’t even taste the coconut oil, and literally gave a extra bit of fluffiness to my cookies 🤤

Ingredients ♥️
- 1 2/3 Cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Cup @ecoideas Coconut oil, melted-room temp
- 1/2 Cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 Cup Dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup peanut butter-creamy or crunchy as you prefer.
Directions ♥️
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl whisk together flour and baking soda. Set aside. In a stand mixer place coconut oil, peanut butter and sugars on medium speed. Add the vanilla extract and eggs. Beat until blended. Add the dry ingredients. Beat until the flour is mixed in. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out the dough. Place the dough between the palms of your hands. Now, roll the dough into a ball. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until your cookie sheet has been filled. Bake for 10-12 minutes until just slightly brown. Remove from the oven and leave on the baking sheet for 2 minutes to set.
