When I was a kid, I use to be such a shy person. To the point where I’d throw up before a class speech, have the worst shakes, go pitch white…. ugh. The solos I did for band, swim competitions, and even gymnastics.. 🐥 I was a really shy person. Couldn’t stand in front of crowds easily at all. 😅

About 10 years ago, I did a speech in front of a women’s group about virtual work. My mom was laughing at me cause she could see my paper shaking from the other side of the room. Maybe 5 years ago now, I gave a few speeches in front of several groups of patients, Jon watched me for some of them, again it was a nightmare 😅😂😂😂 Nerves would always get the best of me.

Blows my mind how far I’ve actually come in terms of strength and inner confidence. Now, I am fully able to influence and inspire people 🤷🏼♀️☺️ Funny how that works out. 😅 I certainly don’t think it’s by luck though. I think the events we go through in life shape us to become stronger. Mentally able to deal with things better. Over the last couple years, I’ve been through quite a bit to strengthen that up.

I realized that when I was diagnosed with cancer last year. I wanted to be able to inspire and influence others. Be there to support others in their times of need. Be able to share with others and be able to give back with giveaways, because of how I was supported last year. ♥️ Forever grateful #loveyouall
