Did you look outside today? We had snow 😳 SNOW for Pete’s sakes! It was almost 20 degrees the other day when we were outside. This weather is absolutely bonkers.

Before the lock down, and this damn snow, I had the opportunity to sneak in two hikes with the girls to get some air. We checked out the Sherman Falls on the Chedoke Trail ( video is up already on the reels ), and we also checked out a new spot that was in Burlington.

This fantastic little loop was at Kerncliff Park. The first part of this trail is a loop through the marsh. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to see how tall the actual bullrushes are! Walking around this boardwalk is so nice, because you can hear the sound of the frogs and birds. 🌿

After the boardwalk we headed into the trail to start the climb to the top for a better view at the lookout. We took a trail right up the side. The lookout has beautiful views of Lake Ontario.

Honestly, I lived in this area my whole life, for a bit, right down the street, and had NO idea this park was tucked back in the city. 🤦🏼♀️ This loop was about 3500 steps for us to complete. This is absolutely a place you need to add to your list to check out once restrictions lift again. 👏🏻💕
