Do you remember…. March 2020.
.
.
.
This was taken on the first week of March. Panic set in, and hundreds of people flocked to the stores to get what they could to survive for a few weeks without going out of the house. .
.
.
Anxiety levels hit record highs for a lot of people. I was one of the them. Although I did not panic and buy hundreds of roles of toilet paper, I did stock up on foods for my girls. .
.
.
We have been quarantined since March 13th. We do our part to stay inside and away from others, not only to protect ourselves but those we love. .
.
.
I keep this photo as a reminder to myself. A reminder that distance was never an issue with people, we cared more about other things. A reminder that people around you are likely to panic, and when they are panicking, mindsets change. A reminder just how much people have taken for granted lately…. and a reminder of how thankful I am to learn from this pandemic. .
.
.
Schools may have closed, stores may have changed their policies, but I’ve been given the greatest gift of time. Time to just spend with the girls, help them with school, cuddle them more, and just enjoy memories that I would never have been able to enjoy before this. .
.
.
I cannot believe how far we all have come. If no ones told you, I’m proud of you for doing your part ♥️ For those that are working as an essential, thank you! Thank you for being selfless in your decision to care for others. You will always be hero’s in our eyes.
